libextutils-typemap-perl software package provides ExtUtils::Typemap - Read/Write/Modify Perl/XS typemap files, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libextutils-typemap-perl
libextutils-typemap-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libextutils-typemap-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libextutils-typemap-perl *
You will get with libextutils-typemap-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
